PASSERINA SPUMANTE EXTRA DRY
Its fruity notes make up a soft and delicate melody.
Fine persistent perlage, it presents itself with a straw yellow color with green reflections.
On the nose it reveals fruity notes with pineapple and grapefruit scents.
In the mouth the wine turns out to have a good acidity with a delicate and soft note finish.
Recommended with: aperitifs, raw seafood and delicate main dishes. Suitable for cocktails.
